New tires or stick with these?

I just wanted peoples opinions. I know its all personal preference but I need some votes to help sway me. I went around and quoted new wheels and tires and it looks like id be paying roughly $1200 for 4.

I want to get BFG KM2 in 33x10.50x15 on 15x8 crawler steelies. What I have now is stock canyon wheels with DC Mountain Cat 31x10.50s

Do I do a lot of off roading? No..but I would like to do more. This is my weekend warrior/daily driver.

Im just worried that with the steel wheels and the bigger tires its going to wear out ball joints and what not alot quicker.

I can alleviate the cost by selling my current wheels/tires. But again its all back to wanting that lifted jeep with big tires haha.
