new mastercraft courser mxt?

Ok so I am on the hunt for new tires and my tire guy told me about the mastercraft courser mxt. It is a new tire and I can't find much info on it as of right now.
http://mastercrafttires.com/Tires/Li...urser-MXT.aspx
I had a set of there courser mt's in the past as well as the courser ct's both were great tires so I am not worried about quality.
So what does everyone think?
My tire guy quoted me $740 out the door for 4 33/12.50r15s

Don't know anyone running them but wow, that's a good price! Especially for an M/T.

He also had multi mile wild country mtx's for $700 but the mastercraft seem like the better deal to me.

They are a discount brand made by Cooper. Some salesmen will say they're Coopers but they're not the same as Cooper branded tires.

Cooper owns other brands. Some premium and some discount brands.

Mickey Thompson, Dick Cepek, and Mastercraft are premium brands IMO.

Dean, Procomp, and others I can't remember are discount brands.

I think Mastercraft quality is approx as good as Cooper. I wouldn't be afraid to buy Mastercraft.

---

Hercules is an independent tire company offering premium tires. They hire Cooper to make some of their tires (perhaps all their tires?).

I personally think Hercules are better quality tham Cooper. Possibly so are Thompson and Cepek.

Multimile is an independent company that hires Cooper to make some of their tires. I don't know if they are discount, premium, or in between.

MCraft

I think I'm committing to these. If I do, I'll post cost and review.

I'm not really sure if Mastercraft is a premium brand, but I don't think it's a discount brand either. Maybe it's about medium. Not sure.

Mastercraft tires have a good rep in my home town. They're rather popular with loggers and outdoorsmen for pickup trucks.

Would have been nice.

Looked into ordering these from a local retailer: 1- they wanted too much $ 2- I'd have to wait a few weeks to get them =Pointless

I'm planning on re-gearing soon and want some good 35-inch tires and these seem awesome for the price but would like to see an actual review. Any updates would be appreciated!

The Mastercraft CT and MTX are both common and popular with loggers and hunters in NW Oregon and SW Washington (my area) on their pickups.

You might check pickup truck forums for reviews. They're common in my area of the Northwest. Not sure how common they are in the South.
