Need help choosing tires and wheels!

Hey, I recently bought and 01 wrangler and I am planning on putting either a 3.25" or 4" suspension lift, and I want a new set of tires and wheels. The vehicle will mostly be a driver, but we will be using it off road regularly. I definitely want 33s on either 15 or 16 inch wheels.

For tires I like:
- Nitto trail grapplers
- Toyo Mud terrains
- Toyo AT2s

Any suggestions?

For wheels I dont want to pay over 130 a rim, some basic rock crawlers are fine, but what kind would you go with?

Id appreciate any help. Thanks
