Do you know what vehicle it's on? Looks like an original Goodyear MT/R on the mystery wheel.

Its the MB Razor, like said above, and available from all Discount Tire/Discount Tire Direct stores.

@Ed209: Those wheels are on a TJ Wrangler that I bumped into in Moab. The driver had just purchased it though, so he did not know what wheels the previous owner had used.
