Mystery Jeep tires

I bought a 2003 jeep wrangler a little over a year ago. Wen I got it, the dealership gave me 5 wheels on 18" rims. They said the wheels came from the jeep, but I went to put them on and the lugs don't line up. How can I figure out what model thy go to so I can sell them?

Don't some newer JKs come with 18" wheels?
This site shows how to measure the stud pattern:

Wrong bolt pattern. You have 5 on 4.5, those are 5 on 5 Sahara wheels(2007+ Wrangler), they will also fit 2005+ Grand Cherokees.

You can run them on your jeep you just need adaptors. I run those wheels on my XJ (which is 5x4.5 like your TJ).

Thanks for the info, I got them up on craigslist now. I thought about getting adapters but i'm content with my 15r right now and i'd like to use the money for other upgrades.
