My front bumper weighs 20 lb. My winch weighs 55 lb. I don't have a back seat and my gas tank is an aluminum fuel cell. All armor is aluminum and there's about 100 lb of factory crap no longer on it. So at least in terms of sprung weight, I'm a bit lighter than stock.

Your mom weighs more than my mom.

Put your money where your mouth is then.

What is the weight of a stock YJ with a 6 cylinder and a soft top? What about a TJ with the same?

Cool. You can post a thread with vague numbers that tell nothing about the configurations that the weights are gathered from.

How do I know that the YJ that weighs what is listed isnt comparable to the lowest weight for the TJ?

It has a heavier front axle, thick steel armor, and heavier tires than stock. I really doubt it weighs less than stock.

You were arguing that your friends rig weighed low enough to need 40% less air pressure than other lightweight (relatively speaking) rigs. While it may weigh less I really don't feel that it's enough to make a significant difference.

We're just going in circles now though. Your friend has already gotten the help he was looking for.
