Mounting 2014 Wrangler Sport wheels on a 1989 YJ?

I'm looking for some inexpensive wheels for my 1989 YJ. The current tires on my jeep are rotted to hell and the wheels are incredibly rusted. I found a person in my area selling 5 new wheels with only a couple hundred miles on 'em, off a 2014 wrangler sport (tires are 225/75/16) for $250. I could purchase spacers off of eBay (like these www.ebay.com/itm/310762981968) for around $100. Would this be a good alternative to buying used 5x4.5 wheels and tires? Spec wise, would this work?

Thanks for the help!
