Looking for a new Tire and Lift combo

Hey guys,
Right now Imy 2003 Tj running on 33"s with a 2" suspension and, as a new Jeep owner, am looking for a new setup. I dont plan on hardcore mudding (Bogs, swamps, etc.) but I will mostly stick to trails, rock crawling and shallow mud. Any ideas for a good size and lift mix?
