looking for a cheap set of 33x12.5's
The cheapest set of m/t's i could find were dunlop mud rovers from treadwright/tirerack for 157 a peice. Depending on the price i could swing a 33x11.5 or 10.5, but would prefer 12.5's. Anybody got any ideas?
Yes i want m/t's, BFG all terrainers need not apply.

that is about the cheapest you are going to find unless you want to buy used. you will not find a 33x11.50 in a 15 and only a few manufaturers make a 33x10.50. BFG, Interco, and Toyo. I think Big O has/had them too.
edit. I did find some generic M/T for $114.70 + shipping. you may find them local, i don't know. https://www.onlinetires.com/products/vehicle/tires/gt/33%252F12.50-15+gt+adventuro+m%252Ft++108q.html |

I think it was rockcrawler.com that did a review on the Dunlop Mud Rovers a while back and they were quite pleased with them.
Here's the review http://www.rockcrawler.com/techreports/dunlop_mudrovers/index.asp I met the guy who wrote the article on the trail once, cool guy

I am in the same boat. I just ordered 33x12.5x15 BFG MT's from 4wd.com for $183 (including delivery). Unfortunately, they called and said they are on backorder and no telling when they would have them again. Back to the drawing board.
A friend suggested Mastercraft Corser MT's. Pretty nice looking tire for around $171 (installed). Not sure how good a tire they are. I am not planning to do any serious hard core off-roading, but don't want to get stuck when I get off the pavement. |

I just paid 140 bucks a piece for 5 of the NON kevlar 33" Goodyear MTRs at a local tire dealer. I imagine there are some other good deals out there for them right now.

There is a guy in the market section selling a set of hardly used 33x12.5 Maxxis Bighorn's for like $500. If I didn't have to buy a new motor for my mustang, I'd be picking them up this weekend.
