Kuhmo tires???

Anyone heard of or have an opinion on Kuhmo M/T tires? I saw them on tirerack.com and the reviews seem pretty good. I also like that they're available in a 31X11.5X15 size. Any comments?

I asked around about them recently here, but not too many had heard of them. The price makes them interesting, and the few comments I got were good, so they are on my short list for new tires.

Saw a set of 33's on a CJ about 3 weeks ago. Pattern looked similar to BFG's.....good looking tire. I have heard alot of good things about Kuhmo in general....

I think that I will give them a close look when I'm in the market for new tires........fantastic price

I've been wondering about these myself. I have a set of Kumho tires on my Camry but have not seen any M/T's. A local place here sells them. They will be on my list as well.

I was looking at these tires and the only negative thing I could find was that their 33"s measure more like 32.4" or 32.5".

i have a set of kuhmo tires on my 66 chevy pickup, the tread resembles the old Goodyear Wranglers, i have had them for close to 2 years and they are really holding up well. but i havent used them on my jeep yet, tho from the experiance i've had with the ones on my pickup i wouldnt hesitate to get a set for my jeep, hope this information helps.

I highly recommend Kuhmo tires. I had a set of Venture HT's that lasted FOREVER. They weren't hard either. I love the MT's also. You can't beat the price.

Mr. Bill,

On road, and not disconnected......used for off-road rarely....

what exactly has to be done to prevent rubbing??

and what effect would wheel spacers give??
