Identify these lug nuts?

Not very exciting, I know. I am missing one of these on my '93 YJ and I don't know if I should just get a new set. I have never seen washers on a lug before. Are they necessary?
I'm rocking some Mopar Rubicon wheels at 5 x 4.5". Thanks for any help, fellas.

Some time ago I had a set of American Racing wheels that used a nut and washer arrangement very similar to those, and the washer was indeed a critical component.

Are all of your lugnuts that style? I am pretty sure none of the factory wheels use mag lugs.

You should be using standard 60* acorn lugs with factory wheels. In the first pic it looks like the washer has quite a bend in it, which definitely would not be happening if the wheels were designed for that style of lug nut.
