How much lift do I have???

Finally, after 4 years i finally bought another Jeep. The problem is the 1990 YJ I just bought is lifted already but the guy I bought it from has no idea how much lift it has.
Where do I measure in order to find out how much lift it has or is there another way to determine this without measuring?
Thanks for any and all help.
