Goodyear wrangler duratracs - mileage updates?

I have decided on a set of these bad boys for my jeep(33x12.50x15). Only problem is they are on back order for 3 weeks due to their current popularity. While I wait, anyone got any long term mileage updates, performance issues, etc?

Thanks,
Freeride

I've put about 800 miles on my new set, mileage is about the same, maybe 1mpg less, hard to tell. Great handling, and great in the mud. I like them. I was going to get KM2's and they were on back order and I'm glad I got the duratrac's now.

Thanks!

Anyone had a set long enough to replace?

I put some on my dually and they're fantastic. It's been around 6k miles, can't remember the exact mileage on them, and didn't put the proper mileage in the computer when I wrote it up. Laziness at it's finest! It's about time for a rotation and they've held up wonderfully.

These tires suck. My buddy has only had them for less than 500 miles and he broke a motor mount.

Serious mode: Haven't seen them in action on non-pavement, but on the road they are pretty quiet and balanced up nicely with some air-soft BBs.

They are quiet. They grab dry dirt and snow up to 7 or 8" deep very well. Snow covered rocks didn't seem to be much of an issue either. I'll be taking them up Eagle Rock as soon as its passable again.

yeah that is the thread that made me decide on them! I was hoping some of those guys would post up here and let us know how these tires perform for the long haul.

I have about 5k or so on my set and they are wearing PERFCECTLY in the front/rear. The only wear I have noiticed is the rounding of the lugs up front around the edges of the outer and inner tread. Depth wise they are still new.

Thank you for reminding me that I need to rotate my tires
