Are you actually looking at black letters on both sides? or is that just what the computer is saying and you don't have the tires yet?

Interesting. Must have been an error at the store where my tires came from. The computer said black letters but once they arrives they were white.

When I got mine I was told OWL was the only option for 33s. Oh well, I'm old and don't mind the white.

The BSW are new for the 33's.........don't know if OWL are still optional, or if they will be discontinued. Right now, both are available and a couple vendors show "clearance" on the OWL's if they have both, with the BSW being $5-$10 more per tire.

I wanted all black walls for mine. I ordered them from Desert Rat and thought they would know right from wrong and they just mounted them black walls out which in not correct. Goodyear said that its no biggie but it pisses me off that they just did it anyways. I didnt think about it at the time I ordered them about being assymetrical.

Tires still refuse to get stuck in the Outer Banks. Even when I was pulling a CRV with a malfunctioning AWD system out of the super soft sand at the entrance to the beach. He was spinning one wheel and I had all four going Wish I got some video of that...

Garage
I just got off the phone with a 4wheelparts.com rep, which is where i just ordered mine from in 33x12.50-15.
The only option available to choose online was white letters, but they are now out of stock and since it is dicontinued, they will be replaced with black sidewalls. I was a little disappointed because it was actually cheaper for the white letter ones by about $25 a tire. But i think i would rather the black sidewalls anyways.

So for anyone wondering...You can't get white letters anymore unless your dealer currently has them in stock

Glad I got mine b4 the switch and price increase!!!! That makes the 3rd time in the last year these went up in price.........$199, $205, $212, now $234!!!!! I don't see how a black tire is so much more to produce than a white letter!!!!!! At this rate, next time I need a set, 33's will be $300/tire!!!!!
