The first will most likely be road miles. I drive 100+ miles round trip a day. The Detroit is gonna chew up the rears so ill have to be on my toes for rotation. But as soon as the weather turns and most of the mud is gone ill hit the trails for a weekend. Need to get some pics as well lol, I only have a couple of my jeep and i have owned it for 9 years. But i have never been a fan of taking pics or being in them.

I do have some questions for you guys who have them in 35-12.50-15's. The tire guy i went to this time had a good price, so i went with his shop. He told me they are a 6ply tire? I cant find anywhere that it says more than 2 poly and 1 Kevlar for a C tire. That and are they heavy? I was also told by a friend who works at 4wp that they are as heavy as my krawlers? It lists them at 67lbs, Not too much more but he made it sound like I'm adding another person weight wise. Any input would be great. I have only seen them a couple times and dont know a whole lot about them. But i did like my old style mt/rs so thats why i went with them. Any dislikes in the 35-12.50? Thanks in advance

I placed an order couple weeks ago. I take it they are not on backorder now? They look sweet and cant wait. They do look like a full 35" tire. If so gives me more the reason to swap gears in the future. Anyone able to compare them to a regular 35"?

I love my 35x12.50x15s. I have about 4500k miles on them right now. I'm not sure what the guy means by the plies but it is a load C tire. There's 5 plies in the tread IIRC 2 steel, 2 polyester, and 1 nylon. The sidewalls have three plies one of the ply layers is the kevlar. The tires are heavy. They weigh what they say they weigh right at 67 pounds. No dislikes about the 35" flavor.

They look great on your rig and the others above. The place i ordered them from is a small town ma and pa shop, But got a great deal on them. They seem to think a 3ply is a 6ply. It is if you add it up, 3 tread and 3 side, But they are the very first people i have delt with that thinks like this.
On the tire in the window that i pointed out that said armor tech 3ply sidewall, Was in fact a 6ply? I gave up and if all else i just buy the tires and mount them myself if they are too stupid to mount a big heavy tire on a heavy steel wheel.
Oh well i cant wait till they come in. Theres alot of trails local and some wooded farmland around me i got permission to drive through the maintenance roads and blaze trails in the timber.
The weight really dont bother be as they look and sound tough, Your pics look great at the grip and flexibility of the strong sidewall. Ill run my krawlers around here but the mickeys just get chewed too much. The flint rock in creeks and trails cut like razors.
Thanks for the info, Hows the wear? I see you commute back and forth a good deal, I log on road as well when i need to DD it.

They wear great and good road manners. I just rotated them not too long ago at 3,000 miles, but they really didn't need to be rotated. I was doing some work on the Jeep anyways so I figured why not while I had my rig on jack stands. I'll probably try to rotate ever 3,000 miles instead of 5,000 or 6,000. Can't hurt to extend tread life. No irregular wear front or rear. I set my toe-in to 1/8".

They do well in the mud much better than the old MTRs I'm sure. Last weekend I was on a trail and encountered a lot of deep gumbo mud. The tires never hesitated to pull forward or claw me out backwards in reverse. They clean out well. I'm satisfied. Still haven't gotten to really put them through a good run in the rocks. Can't wait!

I just got mine (35x12.5x15) from 4wheelparts in Riverside, $219.00 each. I went to the Goodyear website and filled out the $80.00 mail in rebate.
