Do I need a SYE

I have a 3" RC lift and 2" shackles. Someone hear said that if you go over 4" you need sye. I also read that 2" shackles only give you 1" of lift. I have a vibration that starts at 45mph only when accelerating. Feels like its coming from the rear. Any Ideas?

You really shouldn't need an SYE. However, you may need a little steeper degree shim added to your rear axle. The vibes your feeling could be the u-joint caps going out.
