decision help?

ok guys I think I've narrowed it down to 2 lifts for my 06 TJ, 3" BDS or 3" full traction. now I just need everyone's thoughts on them. the good, the bad, and the ugly. I was lookin at the re 3.5" standard but I was told that I would probably have to do the s.y.e. and I want to avoid this completly. so whats your opinion and why?
