What's wrong with white lettering on the outside of the tire? I've always been a fan of a clean truck with bright white lettering.

Well, I have not been keeping up with my Jeep stuff. Its been over a year since I have been here. July will be two years and still going strong. Doubt I will get 2.5 years though! I have yet to have them in the mud...too dang bzy! Wet is fine, no problems whatso ever. Ten times better than BFG AT's. These have stayed ballanced and I keep them rotated.

Thanks for the update. Its always nice to hear how a tire performs after it gets some miles on it. I think all tires perform pretty well new. Its after they are half wore out that you really know how good they are.

I have had mine close to 2 years now and they are definitely showing signs of wear. They are at maybe half of what they were when they were new. I probably have 15k-20k miles on mine and will consider myself lucky to get another full year out of them and still have them be effective offroad. They still work very well offroad, but not quite like they did when they were new. I am having to use more skinny pedal and take slicker obstacles with some more momentum. On the road, I am starting to feel them slip more when it is wet, similar to what you would expect out of a MT. They are also getting louder. Overall, they are a good tire, but I will probably look at the new BFGs when they come out with more sizes in the fall with the intention of replacing these next spring or summer.

Yeap, 99% of about 30,000 miles is pavement. They are probably too worn now for mud or rocks but they should last me another six months! Three at least!

wear seems to be the only downfall. Wish I had numbers but I put on about 500 miles a month at the most, so no worries here.

97JeepTJ33,

welcome back!

Good to see an update from an older thread on how they're working for you.
