Clarity on Chains

Know this is a well trodden topic but looking for clarity on a couple of questions regarding feasibility of using tire chains for my 2013 Sahara. I've got P255 70R18's OEM tires on this puppy. I drive to Tahoe regularly and at times RT 80 requires even four wheel drive autos to have chains. So to keep the family skiing instead of crying ID like to throw a set of chains in the back for those killer storms. My three questions:

1) Can I use chains on this vehicle even though manual states there's a risk.
2) if so, anyone recommend good low profile chains for this vehicle
3) And do I use on all four tires or just the back if I'm in 4 wheel drive?(read conflicting things here too).

Thanks in advance for response or direction to previous thread.

Mjr
