Bought a JGC 4.7 but the tyers rub!

I'm new to the forum and Jeep so I'm after some advice please.
Ive recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 It has 265/65/17 tyers fitted but they rub on the inside with full lock! I know they are to big on a standard suspension set up. so would fitting 30mm spacers solve the rubbing? or will this cause any more issues.
Thanks in advance.
