Bigger tires for a 2.5" lift?

I just had my Rough Country 2.5" Spring kit installed and I need new tires. I'm going to be stuffing some 33's under there for now until I get a body lift to make clearing them easier. Originally I wanted to run a 33x12.5 tire because a 33x10.5 looks a little tall IMO, but now I'm thinking that an 11.5" wide tire might fill the gap nicely. Anyone know of some good M/Ts I can get in a 33x11.5?

Also, I want to pick up some black basset style wheels up off craigslist. They are 5x4.5 bolt pattern, and measure 3 7/8" backspacing. Does that mean they'll stick out a lot? I don't want my jeep to look fat and wide.

Just found out the metric equivalent of a 33x11.5 is 285/75
