No problem. These should be a direct fit, but I don't want to put my foot in my mouth. I have never owned an XJ (I want one
), but I did own a ZJ. I would imagine that the backspacing should be OK unless you get wider tires. My factory Grand Cherokee wheels needed 1.5" spacers when I got wider tires. I didn't know it until they got cut up... Someone on here who has owned more Jeeps may know better than me, but I am pretty sure that those wheels will not cause any issues for you.
