Again!! Tires & rim question

Hello, just bought my XJ last week. I want a set of tires and rims. For now, I'm leaving it stock suspension. I need shocks as well. My question? I want to run 30x9.5 on it with 15x8 rims. I checked the tire calculator it shows that these are about the same size as the 235's. Will I have any issues? Springs coil & leaf appear to be good. I'm also going to replace stock shocks and want to run heavy duty. Any suggestions? I will be in snow and running up and down the road a bit. Maybe pulling a trailer at times, but nothing major. I'm a newbie, so give it to me straight! Thanks
