35's on Stock Rubi rim?

I have a 2011 COD edition Wrangler. What size tire could I fit up to on the stock rim? I'm assuming it's just the same size as the Rubicon rims.

I have 1.5" spacers & will soon put a 3.5" lift on it. I was wanting to put 325/70/17's on but the guy @ Discount Tire said they were too wide. Didn't know if he wasn't taking into account the spacers for rubbing or they were just too wide for the rim.

Thanks in advance for any help!
