31x10.5s on 15x7 wheels

Is anyone running 31x10.5s on 15x7 wheels. If so, what tires/wheels, and do you have to air down to prevent uneven wear in the middle of the tire? All brands of 31x10.5s I've looked into say the permissible rim widths are 7-9. I realize most guys run 8s, but there's a specific 15x7 wheel I want to use.

Oem Ecco wheel with 31" Goodyear mtr k. I never adjusted the bump stops but I haven't had any rubbing (street driving and back roads) and wear is the same as the two sets of 30" Goodyear Mtr I've had in the past, 50k miles each set, probably 10k on the mtrk's. I also compared the BFG mud and the firestone Mtr, they seemed "cheap" looking and feeling.

I would mind a 15x8" just to change the stance. *2 cents*

That's exactly what I needed to know and the Ecco one of the wheels I had in mind. Coincidentally, the MT/R K is one of the tires I was looking at. Thx.
