2008 Wrangler wheels on 1999 Grand Cherokee

I have a few questions. I would like to use some 2008-9 Wrangler wheels on my 1999 Grand Cherokee. The bolt pattern is the same (5x5). I realize that I will need some lift (how much depends on what size tire I install).

If I find a used set without the TPMS can regular valve stems be installed or would I need to buy TPMS valve stems for these wheels?

Would the backspacing be OK? I know this also can depend on what size tire I install.

Thanks in advance for your help.
