07 17" Rubicon Wheels and Tires on an 06 Rubicon

Good Morning, sorry for the posting as I don't have time to search the forums right now, but was wondering a few things about the above subject line.
I have an 06 stock Rubicon, a friend has an 07 with stock 17" wheels and tires and wants to sell them to me.
Question 1. Will there be any rubbing issues going to the 17" wheel/tire combo?
Question 2. What do I have to do to make my speedometer read correctly?
Question 3. What's a fair price for his new wheels and tires, Less than 1000miles on them. All five of them included.

if im not mistaken, the bolt pattern is different.

I cant remember, but i think the 06 has a 5 x 5.5, and the 07 has a...a.... i cant even remeber now...

different i think though... maybe not hahaha

i looked it up.. 06 is 5 on 4.5

and

07 is 5 on 5
