06 Wrangler Wheels/Tires Issues HELP?!?!

I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler X with a 4" Suspension lift and i am changing wheels and tires. I want to put on 35x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers with a 20" wheel. I am very new at this and don't want to make any mistakes.

The wheels i have selected are:
Brand: KMC XD Series
Finish: Matte Black
Lug Pattern: 5x4.5
Offset: +35
Wheel Size: 20x9

Offset: +18

The tire fits the wheel, i am just wondering about the offsets. I have no clue what would work better. I am guessing i might have to make some modifications to the finder?
