I'd love to see amber rear turn signal lenses come back, and I know I'm not alone in this. It's clearer what's going on and doesn't look so ridiculous. Plus then you've got the same lens assembly for export and domestic (ooh, ahh), right?
Joining the crowd on reviving the XJ, too. Bring that sucker back to the US with an interior refresh and I'd be at the dealership yesterday.
Factory-installed CBs (optionally also available as Mopar accessories) would be cool, too. Do the tuning and the wiring for me and off I go into the big dirty yonder. Or, if I buy a vehicle without factory CB, I can pop a Mopar one into one of those useless cubby holes all the Jeeps seem to come with these days.
Seconding the high-output alternators, too, be they factory or Mopar add-ons.
P.S. Has anyone mentioned diesel?

Absolutely anything with dual solid axles. Be it a Gladiator, or what have you. Some kind of Jeep vehicle with solid axle front/rear...and not some weird hybrid car either
Gladiator would be awesome....nice to dream about XJ revival, but that just isnt in the cards i can safely assume.
Basically something I can buy in years to come that isnt just a wrangler, that has dual solids.

i am EXTREAMLY interested in the JEEP Renegade concept. i did have a question, from all i can tell it is NOT a convertable and is open top at all times... so when i drive it in a pouring rain, will it hurt the seats, radio, anything?

A range extender – in Renegade’s case, a small-displacement (1.5-liter, 3-cylinder) BLUETEC diesel engine – allows for journeys beyond 40 miles. In fact, the Jeep Renegade concept boasts a 400-mile range. Renegade’s BLUETEC diesel engine generates an additional 115 horsepower when needed, while greatly reducing exhaust emissions when compared to standard gasoline engines. Renegade is capable of achieving an equivalent petroleum fuel economy of 110 miles per gallon, which is four-to-five times greater than an equivalent gasoline-only vehicle.
The all-new Jeep Renegade concept’s lightweight aluminum architecture and regen-braking system help to improve overall efficiency, while dual electric 200 kilowatt (268 horsepower) motors propel a very capable 4x4 system – complete with low range and locking differentials -- worthy of carrying the Jeep name."
Also has 32" tires.

I guess I'm one of the few who don't really see the point of diesel especially with the cost of it going up to $4 a gallon! With the way the world is going unless it gets 20mpg or better than it's not worth it for daily driving.
I would love to see a Jeep verision of the Toyota Tacoma! I have craved a 1985 or newer Toyota 4cyl for years! I love my YJ to death but there have been soo many times that I really wish it had a pickup bed. If Jeep could produce a solid axle, 4cyl, small truck, (with a frame!! no Commanches!!) under 18K it would selll!
*THANKS FOR LISTENING TO US JEEP!!!*

I am not sure what they called it, but I drove a Range Rover a few years ago that had a button that you could push that would give you an extra 2 inches of clearance when off roading. I would love to see that on the Grands someday. Thanks for coming to the forum to listen!

how about extra sealing electrical stuff on rubicons to make them more waterproof? Maybe moving ECU inside the cabin or something? Just to help those, who want to flood their rigs from time to time

Please do away with the zig-zag shifter setup on the Jeep SUVs. I can't stand those silly zig-zag shift gates. We had an MDX lease for a while and it was like that and it drove me nuts.
I'd also like to see the return of a full 6-gauge cluster to the whole line-up. Better yet, on auto-trans models add a 7th trans temp gauge too. Our XJ has 6 gauges (7 including my B&M trans gauge), our TJ has 6 gauges, and our Ram has 6 gauges (+20 once I get my digital monitor installed), heck even my MIL's WJ has 6 gauges. The new JK (and KK, XK, and WK...) is missing a few.

Also
If the truck had removable doors like a Wrangler, I'd be even more excited.
I also want to take this time to thank you for the 4 door Wrangler. Everybody in my Family wants one. They are a success for sure!

Just want to pop in before you leave i only have time for this one post but i would really like to see a full fledged 4x4 selector like either stick shift style or like you had in the zj 93-98 jeep's continued to the newer grand Cherokees thanks for your time and keep up the good work.
Oh one more thing to ponder would U-joint style axles up front be easier to replace than the current CV joint like in my 96 ZJ that would be something i would look at in buying another Grand Cherokee.
Ok last one Quote:elmer_fud
So, I am thinking a Rubicon line of jeeps would be awsome (like the Dodge SRT). I would like to see Rubican Grand Cherokee's and maybe Liberties.
So in the Grand Cherokee you should include:
D44 front axle (iron/steel)
D60 rear axle (iron/steel)
241/242 Transfer case
Locking Differentials
Rock Sliders
Skid Plates
Tow hooks
Larger tires
Metal bumpers
A HEMI
Less Electronics (navigation ...)
And in the Liberty
D35 front axle
D44 rear axle
241/242 transfer case
Locking Differentials
Rock Sliders
Skid Plates
Tow hooks
Larger tires
Metal bumpers
Ill come back and read what went on later tonight woot "Jeep anything less is an excuse."
