any plans for a fuel efficient car? 40+ MPG would be nice with todays gas prices...

I've seen a couple diesel concepts from jeep and tested the production models but would really like to see some more productions diesels. Is there anything in the works for a wrangler diesel? Those are great.

Also just to add it in...One day the gladiator would be nice to own. hint hint.

I think you should put diesel engines in the new wranglers. Also it would be nice if there was a kit or something to make swapping said diesel into an older jeep like a YJ becasue swapping a 4BT isnt easy.

To help compete with all the other small pickups on the market, I think the JT would be a huge success for Jeep. Make a 2 door, and 4 door, maybe even a extended cab(or dually, who knows). Also, diesel Wranglers and new Diesel engines.

Are you looking for a car? Or a downsized Jeep with off-road capability?

Any upgrades to the current sound system? I have a '07 Lexus ES350 with the Mark Levinson sound system and a '07 Impala SS with the Bose system. The Boston system in my '07 Hemi Grnd Cherokee can't keep up.

a car would be a good seller... people are selling SUV's for fuel effecient cars now adays...

however... a diesel wrangler would give good MPGs also.. and would work awesome off road, unlike a car...

diesel wranglers for us off-roaders, and a fuel efficient car for soccer moms... double seller, and cover the best of both worlds...

Is power or economy more important in a diesel ?

There was some speculation that said Jeep is planning to offer diesel conversion kit for Jeeps. Is there any truth to that? Could you shine some light on this matter?

We're always looking at diesel, the issue of course is emissions and cost it takes to meet the standards. We have to always look at what the customer is willing to pay, and if there are enough customers to make it "worth the trip" so to speak.
