Seems like an interesting approach, but why not just call it a 6spd, distribute the ratios a little more evenly and have it select 2nd or 3rd based on need (vs 2nd or alternate 2nd)?
Just hoping you guys didn't miss this one.

I'm not sure if you can comment on this, so I'll just make it a suggestion instead.

I really like Mopar parts that are available for my Jeep and hope that they will continue to be available for all of us Jeep owners.

Have you ever condsidered offering a kind of a "Scion" type vehicle, cheap, designed to be modded (er, customized) that is 4WD, kind of like what jeep used to have/be?

So yeah, many of us drive Jeeps. We love to drive our product because it's fun and capable. Just like you guys/ gals, a lot of the engineers are enthusiasts too.

I would argue that the Wrangler is arguably the most customizeable vehicle made. Granted, we don't offer every single category or add on parts, but we do offer quite a few.

Our definition of fit and yours may be different - the 245/65R17 Goodyear Fortera is the largest tire we offer and can recommend.

Search the forum for members that have installed larger tires. I've seen up to 255/65R17 and 245/75R17, but it will depend largely on the tire design and your intended usage.

Not sure if you're allowed to answer this.

Is there any work being done on a Jeep hybrid?
Even more high tech, is there any research being done on alternative fuels?

Thanks again for the answers.

As usual, we can't comment on future product but we are always evaluating alternative drivetrains.

How about say a Commander or any other model you offer?
