We are looking at making interior surfaces more scratch-resistant, as part of constantly making improvements. Thanks for the input!

The NAV radio DOES have breadcrumb trail marking capability, sorry. We have a lot of engineers in the room and we get ahead of ourelves sometimes.

Stroker = good way to make more power, from what I hear. It's also a good way to get the remainder of the 7/70 warranty voided, so I'll not be doing that for awhile...
Thanks for coming in and answering our questions!

The knuckles, tubes, and suspension brackets are just adaptation pieces to attach the axle to the vehicle. The part that makes it a 44 or a 30 or whatever is the parts that carry torque. The TJ Rubicon has the larger model 44 gear set and larger splined shafts and stonger U-joints at the wheel ends. The JK Rubicon got similar imporvments with the Model 44 (this time we got the high pinion) and 30 spline shafts and stronger U-joints (this time they got bigger and not just a material change).

Can extra set of half-doors made available as an option to purchase when ordering a new JK (dual door options as in the dual top).
Finally, keep up the good work with Jeep Wrangler!

Noted... HD cooling. Tough one here when aftermarket stuff blocks off airflow. We test in way extreme conditions like Death Valley at 125 F with no overheating.
Keep in mind, adding stuff under the hood affect cooling too as the air has to flow somewhere.
Extra doors.. not at this time. Not a bad suggestion

The JK (Rubi)axels for sale state they have a 61.9" track width... is that the same as the wheel mounting serface (WMS)?
I wonder how viable of an option this is to swap into a WJ and WJ axels are about 63" WMS. also you know how different the spring perches and CA mounts are on these JK axels vs. WJ mounting
I know you can't coment on future plans but PLEASE build MORE JK Varations (Diesel and pick-up/scrambler!!!!!)

One more question- what kind of electrical connections does the JK systems have with T-case? Is it only an information about being in 4lo or what? I would like to know how hard rewiring it would be
|
The switch on the JK t-case only sends 4wd mode information (2wd,4wd,N,4wd Lo). The only problem is that the JK switch sends a multiplexed signal to the controller. Meaning there are only two wires going to the switch versus the 242 which used several different wires. The only thing I can suggest is see if the JK switch will physically thread into the 242. That may be the only thing that will work. The controller in the JK needs to know what position the t-case is in at all times, not just 4lo or 4 high.

We don't put 4 cylinders in anymore. We had a market for them in the past and the Jeep team has wheeled them off road.
