I have driven several Chevy blazers with the P/T F/T 4wd option and have used both. The F/T option is very useful in marginal road conditions where the surface goes from dry to slick and back. I was disappointed when I reviewed the specs for the JK and found it was not an option. I still bought one anyway (33k+ miles ago now) but that would have been a nice addition. I vote for the F/T option!

The outside air temperature sensor is set up with logic that I guess is intended to keep it from reading too hot from radiant engine heat. No there is no way to bypass this system ...the buffer is installed in the CCN (cluster) software...

Paint will depend on what you want to do - they come e-coated so they will fade in the sun unless you paint them. The price will be pretty good, considering you are buying 2 complete doors....

Sounds like an exhaust leak for sure... Not too uncommon unfortunately. As the vehicle heats up, things expand, closing the leak. Try to tighten uo the bolts carefully.. don't snap them off ! If its the header to teh block, try installing a new gasket. And take a look at the "Y" intersection of the header.. thats known to crack sometimes.

I think the service part has a flex pipe in it if the headers cracked. This helped some....

Oh, better to start the Jeep, idle for 15 seconds or so.. and drive it away. But not at high throttle.. just normal throttle.....

Is there a way to disable the "LIGHTS ON WITH UNLOCK" feature? I have had both low beam elements fail within a week of each other (14 months, 33k+ miles) and I feel that feature is one reason for their early demise.

Now that MOPAR PARTS is offering the HESCO supercharger option, is/will jeep work on a 'supercharger program' for the ECU to eliminate the TPS lamp under certain throttle transition events?

Well, this certainly is a big project, and we are aware that there are various vendors out there offering wiring harnesses and other parts to make the swap possible.

As far as the emissions question, we can't really answer that one.....we've never certified the YJ (much less the TJ or JK) with a Hemi installed. You may also want to check your state laws to see if you are able to do this - some states won't allow a completely different powertrain from what was available stock, even if it is newer.

this can be reconfiquered in the TIPM (total intergrated power module) this will be under the cutomer confiq section..the dealer can do this with a star scan tool..thanks
