The only thing that we are aware of that may be an issue is the HVAC duct. It's difficult to say without listening to the vehicle - obviously anything loose or even tape on the outside of the vehicle can flap while driving. It is also possible for noises to reflect off the windshield or other surfaces so make sure you look in other areas too. Wish we could help more. Can you make it to the Moab Jeep Safari?
