ZJ vs. WJ

I currently own a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee (5.2L V8) and have a 3" Skyjacker suspension lift. I just wanted to start a friendly discussion on people's opinions of the new WJ's off-road capabilities. I personally think that the ZJ's were definately more rugged and tough looking. The WJ's are a little to European looking and seem as if they are trying to appeal to soccer moms than true Jeep customers. I also favor the 5.2 engine over the 4.7. I have never taken a WJ off-road, so I don't have any basis for my opinions of their capabilities. I do take my ZJ off-road on a routine basis and it performs flawlessly with over 142K miles. Most people I have talked to say the ZJ's are more capable as the WJ's don't seem to handle difficult terrain as well. I just wanted to see other people's opinions on this subject as I hope Jeep continues to provide off-road capable vehicles.
