ZJ: Tune-Up

So I have looked around to see the price for a tune up and i am getting some rediculous prices. So i said eff it, i am going to do it myself. BUT i heard there are some special tools to make the job easier, is this true? If so what tools do i need? And also what parts for the tune up do i need to get?

All the noraml stuff:
Fluids - diffs, t-case, tranny
Ignition - spark plugs, wires, coil
Air filter
Run Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner through and watch the smoke show when you start driving
Grease all greasable bushings

I am probably missing a few things.
