ZJ Shifter Knob Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the transmission shifter knob on a '98 Grand Cherokee (automatic)??

Pretty sure you just pull as hard as you can up. When you think it won't come off, it will. Just don't hit the windshield and break it.

does anyone make sweet replacements for them?

like skulls.. or 8 balls.. or a big *** bolt. lol

what about a dead head. that would be sweet...

i saw an actual WWII grenade for sale for like 60 bucks, but it will not work for an automatic since we have the button to push in, it will work for your t-case and if it was a stick shift though...

1998 ZJ 5.9L 122k miles - DD, 242 swap, 3.5" RE, 32" BFG M/T, safari rack, roof-mounted lights, custom steel front bumper with hitch reciever, 10k winch :)
2004 WJ 4.7L 107k miles - her daily driver, 2" daystar BB with scorpion shocks.. not too bad! stuffed 265/65/17 General Grabber AT2'S
