ZJ rear fender trimming ? ? ?

I want to trim my rear fenders for more flex room , Do you guys have pics or any websites that can show me the limits of what i can cut off? Thanks

i wouldnt recommend cutting for the rear , but more of a cut and fold method

this is the method i plan on using when i trim my rear fenders soon

the reason for doing it this way is because the rear fender is 2 pieces of metal that come togethor right at the fenderwell, if you just cut it away you will be left with a hole that will need to be welded shut

just did the same to my zj but i didn't trim them i cut and folded them up so it don't leave a jagged edge.

I hammered down the cuts then made some thin plates to weld over the tabs to clean it up
