6 Screws

2 At the top facing upwards into the dash

2 Under the heather controls pointing up

Remove ashtray. light and lighter... 1 (or2 ?) screws back there..

Once their all out, the holding tabs are on the outer trim about half way up, give em a light tug, while kinda squeezing em towards the middle...

That should do it

I painted mine black and I love it. Looks sweet. Plus it would be a good contrast for your white jeep.
