Pretty sure the knuckles, drag link, and tie rod all from the wj should work but I'm lookin into the same thing as you so I'm not 100%

The WJ axle is wider. Just order from Kolak and Nick will set you up with everything. It should save you some green too since he has the best pricing on JKS. Can get the TREs, rotors, brakes all from him. Just makes it easy.

For hi-steer, I say go with as much JKS stuff as possible...

Get the Goferit TRE flip inserts, JKS steering, WJ TREs (with the RHD TRE for the drag link - knuckle side to clear the sway bar mount), JKS sway bar mounts to clear the hi-steer, and the JKS track bar relocation bracket to bring it in line with the drag link.

Your going to want the brakes out of a later year WJ if your going to do the swap. 03 and 04 have bigger calipers and cover more of the caliper and makes the rotors less prone to warping.

Only caveat is that the larger, later calipers dont fit some 15" wheels.

Heres mine. Only thing I've done to it so far are some JKS mini skids. Not sure if I want to do a wj swap, though. But I have plenty of time to decide, this thing isn't gonna be done any time soon. What I probably will do though is order the artec truss, since I have a gift certificate to artec. Not like I can buy anything else from them.
