zj front coil spring bumps track bar bracket

The upper control arms ripped apart of the chasis, then i welded and the car was perfect for a few miles later. Then i had to hit the brakes hard and the car started doing the same noise again and the part that was welded is in place what would you recomend?

I tried to shorten the upper control arms but the steering feels weird
