With that much power and size of tire you're going to want a full 1-ton axle. D60's or the equivelant. There are several manufacturers of D60 axles out there that are already built up (a regular google search should find those pretty easily).

He'll have a subframe that he'll be hanging them off of with Claytons Still there is some truth to that - the unibody will flex (especially on a ZJ) and would be wise to stiffen it up some more.
