I cut mine and moved the cut off piece forward to keep from having a sharp edge slicing up my tires.

Perfect! I think for mine I am going to stop it at the first flat part of the fender. And have it taper down to a 4" piece, I will make a templet tomorrow to show you guys roughly what it would look like in the end. I thought about running it all the way but I may move my axle forward a little, once I get some adj uppers and I check my clearance at full bump.
The way its mounted its cocked a little so I have to clear out the slots a little. I up drilled the holes to 1/2 because I already had another bumper I was working on from an xj but looked like crap so I got the arb off cl and that guy had the arb on an xj. I think the holes on the bumper were a 1/2 inch equivalent.
There is nothing wrong with them its just how the slots where I drilled cocked it a littke so the whole slot isnt 1/2 and I removed the over ends of the front crossmember zo I have to make some brackets for those angled mounting points.
Everything is sanwiched I have 3/16 plate in the unibody about a foot inside it, and I tied it with the other 2 holes that arb doesn't use.
