If I stay at 3:73 for now and put in a locker that includes the carrier like an Eaton e-locker or ARB, will I have to set up the gears with a gear install kit?

yes. You'll need to check the pattern at a minimum.

Get gears at the same time why pay to have the stock ones set up. I went with 4.88s and love them.

Hey in the 8th picture down 1st pagewhat is that little nipple looking piece I noticed you kept it on, yet I've seen other pics where it was grinded off, hope it wasn't important

I did not grind it off, it's still there. That is the breather for the axle. Lets pressure out, there is one on the stock axles as well.
