You could say that. Take it out and drive around with some chilled beverages in there. See how long they stay...

Tuff Scrub from Walmart works incredibly well on plastic, carpet, and cloth seats. I recommend picking up a can. My ZJ had so much crap spilled from the PO, I'm pretty sure I went through 3 cans of it 2 years ago when I got it. I always keep one on hand because someone always spills something in there.

A detailer tip from back in the day, scrubbing bubbles works great on plastics and getting stains out of seats and carpets.
