Got off work last night, heard a v8 driving down the road next to work. As I stopped to listen (as i always do if i hear a v8) I quickly realized it was a magnum engine, and as I looked at the headlights I realized it was a zj! The thing was pretty nice too, lifted probably between 2-4" and had that rare light blue color, also I couldn't tell but it almost seamed like it was a stick shift based on how I saw it was shifting (Or just a beaten and bad auto transmission).

Needless to say you know you drive a zj when you see another zj and you stop and watch as it drives by

In Basic, our company training area was right off a main road, so every time a nice jeep drove by, JAVKid and I would stop and stare haha there are a few nice ZJs here on Fort Benning!

when you see a lifted xj and get all jealous because they lift and fit big tires easier than your zj and have pt cases already

then remember that its the grand version and the ways its a pita are just blessings in disguise

This old girl has just a little more snot than the fabled iron duke GM engines. I always laugh at the guys with 4.0's and stock gears that have to ride the clutch and sometimes still stall out climbing obstacles while I just motor up in 4Lo with my 4.88 gears haha. If the old girl ever gives up the ghost it's v8 or bust, the 4.0 isn't that big of a power boost. I hate the superiority complex so many Grand owners have but how many people ever say "man I wish I had a 6 cylinder"?

Oh and the proof
