I drive at least 60 every day for work, and I'm getting kind of tired of putting all these miles on my jeep.

One of my friends drives about that much to work every day, he finally broke down and got some little beater Honda to commute in so he didn't rack up the miles on his TJ.

YKYDAZJ when you crest the summit and start down the backside of the mountain when the VIC starts beeping to give you the critical information that you are low on washer fluid. It scared the crap out of my wife and I. We thought SOMETHING BAD had happened.

Over the summer I drove 64milE each day. World's slowest and most uncomfortable car (not the jeep ). Put on like 3k miles or so I swear.

11 miles from my driveway to work, but dropping off 2 kids at school every morning adds about 8. I may start having them take the bus....... Pretty much I burn about 2 gallons a day during the week, I go though 20 when I get my kids every other weekend. Add in errands and stuff, and I go through about 150 gallons of gas a month. I miss my motorcycle for running errands......

I just try not to think about it... Assuming a lifetime average of 14.5 mpg (which is pretty close) and an average gas price of $3.90 / gallon, I've put a bit over $15k in gas into my ZJ in the almost 4 years I've owned it (I've put about 57k miles on it) To put that in perspective, I've only spent $12 - 13k between buying it, fixing it and modding it

I think I'm just gonna do my best not to think about that either lol. On the plus side though, I've been buying gas for the last 2 weeks here at $2.99/gal! I know it won't last, but still.

You know you drive a zj when you can't browse without running into an article with a picture of a zj somewhere. Then of course you go and post it, or maybe that's just me?

Look at the second picture down. New Orleans storm

Lol looks like mine

I was just watching Mythbusters and they're crashing a bunch of XJs into each other, but one of their little animated graphics was a ZJ!

Edit - went back and got a screenshot lol
