I really dont think SS lines will make that much of a difference if any.

if you want extended lines, run YJ lines for $10 a piece. ran them in my XJ and I had all sorts of slack

I thought of one I don't think has been said.

when you hear a sound or have a little problem, and spend hours and money replacing things to try and fix it, and finally conclude it is a "normal" sound/behavior.

I don't know, they'll last longer, dissipate heat faster, won't expand and are stronger.

If they weren't worth it, then most performance vehicles, on or offroad, wouldn't have them.

when your steering tightens up one day and then is loose the next

when your trasmission decides not to shift out of second gear and you have to re learn how to drive

When you try to lay on the horn and it sounds like a dead duck. As long as it makes a noise it's fine.

When you think your tranmissin is giving up because it won't shift into high and then you find out it was designed not to when it is 5deg F or lower.

jeep, wheeler, rig, offroader, hunk-o-crap, lifted brick, money pit, and "the other woman" are all acceptable names for your jeep.

never car or truck. Just saying.

I'm pretty sure my wife thinks of it as "the other woman."
