couple of my friends at school have lifted JKs and they dont wheel them cause their parents dont want them to break it

i want to find a bumper sticker that says "do you even wheel?"

When I finished lifting mine dad said no beating on it. Three days later I brought it home covered in mud and some new trail marks. That was before it was even aligned

If your going to sell a car make sure you know what your selling

Don't know if anyones said this but you know you drive a zj when your on craiglist looking for a second zj and you see an add like this and it makes you wanna because the person doesn't know that the 98 zj never came with a v6. http://providence.craigslist.org/cto/3795581030.html

true but at the same time i'm not that kind of person. i've done some shaddy things in my life and let me tell you karma sucks. i've learned from my mistakes and i try to be a good person. but also if someone buys that zj from that guy and the bill of sale says it's a v6 and the person who buys it has work done to it at the dealership for example and the dealership shows that person that its an I6 well then that person can take the person they bought the car from to court, that happened to a buddy of mine from high school and he wont in court, got to keep the car and got his money back. just saying i've seen many adds like the one i posted above on CL and some say i've had the vehicle maintained for years by a dealership or shop but yet they say is a v6 well you'd think that person would know what they have for a motor, hell my mom doesn't know squat about cars but she knows what kind of motor her 08 kia optima has.

A lot of people just assume there is a "V" before the "number" on all engines. Believe it or not, I get people telling me there car has a V4... More than half of the ads I looked at when I was looking for my zj listed the engine as a V6...

And, when you're talking to an older gentlemen about his car while attending a local car show, normal basic talk. Then, when he asks what you drive and answer a 98 grand cherokee, he changes his talk from basic to technical in relation to cars, because he automatically assumes you are mechanically inclined and know how to work on cars in general...
