When you're planning a trip to Uhwarrie and all the girls want to ride with you.. "I'm riding in the grand" muhahaha WIN!

Got it stuck. It's still stuck. It's so stuck I could call insurance and say it was stolen and no one would ever know. It's so stuck I don't know anyone with a capable enough 4x4 to even to to where I got stuck to winch or yank me out.

OT: when you literally floor it to beat a yellow light, and you can see the gas gauge moving

  • 2001 Hyundai Elantra--Tried to eat me alive. I have scars up to my elbows from replacing the timing chain.
  • 1999 Nissan Maxima--To remove the alternator, the car has to be up in the air, front wheel removed, wheel wells removed, AC compressor totally removed, PS pump relocated

So... You know you own a ZJ when you can appreciate just how spacious the engine bay is. It's not quite like my old truck where I could sit on the bumper, put both feet on the frame rails, and just work on the 318 all day long, but it's really not that bad.
I know I'm a bit slow in replying to this one... but this is a BIG one for me.... worst for me was a '96 Grand Am coupe, changing the spark plugs "by the book" meant removing the aluminum cover bolted to the top of the engine, unbolting two of the engine mounting bolts, rotating the engine forward, re-inserting a mounting bolt to hold it in place so it wouldn't crush you, and finally swapping the plugs.... I love the ZJ engine bay!
